Big turbo tunes for your 2016-21 RZR XP Turbo or Turbo S with a larger turbo or OEM turbo with turbo modification These tunes are for customers that already have the HP Tuners Remote Tuning Device (RTD) for the RZR XP Turbo or Turbo S Tunes will be made to work with DynoJet turbo, Silber turbo, Agency Turbo, Pro XP turbo, Boondocker turbo... etc. Please let us know your wastegate turbo crack pressure (PSI @ which the wastegate actuator arm begins to move) While we highly suggest purchasing our turbocharger from us for the best results, these tunes will work with most aftermarket turbochargers or turbo mods such as the Dominator, Agency... etc.. We have many requests for these tunes as customers have not been happy with other tuning solutions. Are you looking for the most badass tunes available for your RZR Turbo? Here you are! We are highly experienced in tuning the RZR models and that will show. Our tunes modify all the necessary maps to create big horsepower while still maintaining a reliable RZR. Tunes must use our 7-18 PSI actuator with the spring that comes standard in them, set to 7 PSI for Pro XP style turbos or 10-12 PSI crack pressure for other style turbos (Ex: our Original Water Cooled Turbo): AA Billet Wastegate Actuator You must also use either OEM injectors or AA 1200cc injectors. We will not tune for any other injectors Tunes are sold as is and known to work very well with many turbos in the field so far. Because of the variety of turbos, you may need some small tweaks if you have any overboost or under boost codes. If your tune needs adjustments to work with a custom setup, they are $50 per adjustment after reviewing data logs. Ready to step up to the next level on your XPT and gain some serious power? (With supporting mods) ECU Type/O2 Color drop down choice: 2016-18 models: ALL have the standard narrowband black O2 lead. 2019-20 models: Some have the standard narrowband black O2 lead while others with a blue O2 lead are wideband models. These models are a different ECU type and will NOT do an ECU read (we can supply your stock file if you have never flashed your ECU before with your device). For more information on this, see this link: https://aftermarketassassins.com/tech-blog/f/rzr-turbo-evap-ca-models# 2021 models: ALL have the wideband blue O2 lead. 19-21 Wideband models normally do not need a fuel pump upgrade, the OEM pump works fine even for E85 fuel Stock-like driveability! Gain another 10-15 RWHP on pump gas tunes over the factory turbo Our dyno results on our 2019 Turbo S stock is 137-138 RWHP. A standard XPT has less aggressive clutching and will show 134-135 RWHP stock. The Level 2 big turbo tune is a very safe 17-18 PSI 91 octane tune, good to run on any 91 oxy/ethanol. This tune produces 170-175 RWHP peak (calculated 210 crank HP), but will pull much harder and keep that horsepower maintained much better than the stock turbo. The Level 3 big turbo tune offers 18.5-19 PSI and is also meant to run on 91-93 octane fuel. This produces 180-185 RWHP (calculated 225 crank HP) and comes on unbelievably strong, and keeps pulling. Those with 91 non ethanol, or 93 even with ethanol will be fine on straight gas. Those with oxygenated 91 might want to think about adding splash of race fuel or VP Octanium/Boostane fuel additive. The Level 3.5 big turbo tune offers 19.5-20 PSI and is meant to push the limits of pump gas with a 93 octane minimum. This produces 190-195 RWHP (calculated 235 crank HP) and comes on even stronger than our Level 3 and keeps pulling. The Level 4 big turbo tune is for 98-100 octane fuel. This will produce 215-220 RWHP (calculated 265 crank HP) at 23-24 PSI and hauls the mail! Most will mix race fuel with pump fuel to get the 100 octane which is what we recommend. A can of Octanium/Boostane to your tank will also work with this tune. Tightening the stock head bolts or adding ARP head studs are required. Version 3 catch can is highly recommended, but version 1 will be okay with this setup. The Level 5 big turbo tune is for 110 octane fuel and simply drops the hammer! You'll have everyone wondering what is done to your RZR with this bad ass tune. A huge 25-26 PSI of boost that comes on HARD. This tune produces 240 RWHP (calculated 290 crank horsepower) on our dyno, and has shown 255-260 on customer dynos. We normally run this tune on 110 leaded fuel. Leaded fuel is harder on O2 sensors but we have not had much of an issue. We would suggest picking up another O2 sensor if running leaded fuel (we have them available). The Level 6 E-85 big turbo tune is simply unbelievable. Very similar to the 110 tune power, but runs on cheap corn (E85) fuel! This can also be ran on VP or other E85 fuels. This fuel makes the motor run cooler and it absolutely loves it. If using pump E-85, make sure you are between 70-85% ethanol for this tune. 25-26 PSI with a wicked timing curve that produces the same 240 RWHP. This tune requires our 1200cc injectors and our high flow fuel pump. The injectors are included in the price of the Level 6 tune. Selecting Level 6 will result in all tunes being built to run 1200cc injectors. You MUST run the 1200cc injectors with all tunes if selecting this option. Supported mods needed for all levels: AA big turbo tunes for PV, AA high flow intake tube, AA high flow charge tube, AA S3 clutch kit, AA blow off valve, AA slip-on exhaust (or a slip-on exhaust that is free flowing). Power levels are shown with the AA exhaust with no quiet core installed (both outlets open). Supporting mods for level 4: Level 4 can be run on the same supporting mods as above, but you NEED the Pre airbox intake tube and head bolts tightened or ARP head studs. An oil catch can is highly recommended due to the increased boost. We also suggest to gap the spark plugs at .020" (NGK Iridium plugs highly recommended as we have seen issues with the OEM plugs). Additional supporting mods needed to run level 5-6: Tighten head bolts to 85ft-lbs or install ARP studs to 85ft-lbs (95 if using custom age 625+ studs), gap plugs to .020", catch can (version 3 is highly suggested), and pre airbox intake tube is needed! Level 6 requires our 1200cc injectors Level 5 Race & 6 Race tunes require AA 1200cc injectors, a built engine (billet crank, rods, forged pistons, head studs, etc) 2016 models will need our 2017 style injectors and upgraded fuel pump for level 2-5. If wanting to upgrade to E85 big turbo tunes, you will need our 1200cc injectors and fuel pump. If going with the 1200cc injectors, we'd build all of your tunes for those injectors.
