AA Impeller for Sea Doo Switch 230

AA custom Impeller for 2022+ Sea Doo Switch 230 models Upon trying for more performance with our shop Switch 230, we found less than desired results from most aftermarket impellers. The problem is they were designed for watercraft which acts differently due to the vehicle weight. The Switch needs a shallower pitch off the hub center. If you try and remove pitch from the leading/trailing edge to compensate, you normally get more RPM, but lose so much thrust... and cavitate out of the hole. We have tried around 100 different combinations and no aftermarket impeller had any better results vs. factory when doing acceleration testing. Our best results were on the factory impeller and our re-pitch. This is where we set out to develop an impeller that is closer to factory design, but more rugged and able to handle abuse, re-pitching, and has a better angle to start with. High quality custom stainless steel 161mm impeller Impeller is designed to have the same peak RPM as the OEM impeller with +/- 100 RPM We've tested nearly every stainless impeller out there, and from other manufacturers. Unless drastically increasing angle and decreasing max RPM, stainless (heavier) impellers will have slight cavitation from a dead stop. Rugged impeller to be easily pitched for needed RPM changes. We always suggest a new wear ring when installing a new impeller. We always keep with and suggest plastic. They are much easier to change out if you have an issue, and we believe it's best to have a weak spot. Since the AA impeller is much stronger, it's important for the wear ring to give out.
