AA custom Impeller for 2022+ Sea Doo Switch 100/130/170hp models High quality custom stainless steel 155mm impeller We tested many different impeller designs, pitches, and found this one is the best possible for all around performance, and a great OEM replacement. Higher RPM did not seem to net any real performance gains, and only increased chances of cavitation. So while many think running higher RPM is key, for these models, it did not prove to be the case. This economy impeller is designed to have lower RPM, in which cases sometimes we see a higher MPH. The biggest gain is lower cruising RPM and increased fuel economy compared to stock, or our other stock replacement impeller. With lower peak RPM, you will lose a little acceleration, but they still get up & go very well. Impeller is designed to have lower cruising & max RPM by 300-400rpm lower than factory Rugged impeller to be pitched for needed RPM changes where OEM is too soft to pitch with consistency. While all impellers can be damaged, this is a heavy duty stainless design will resist damage better than the soft OEM one. We always suggest a new wear ring when installing a new impeller. We always keep with and suggest plastic. They are much easier to change out if you have an issue, and we believe it's best to have a weak spot. Since the AA impeller is much stronger, it's important for the wear ring to give out. We've used both, and won't go back to a stainless ring. Part number 123-1011
