AA/HP Tuners Device (RTD4) w/ECU Unlock for 2024+ Sea Doo 325HP Watercraft Looking for the most badass ECU tuning available for your Sea Doo 325? AA's performance tunes are readily available to gain horsepower and torque. Through our advanced ECU tuning we are able to modify parameters correctly to gain you the power needed. We are highly experienced in tuning these engines and spent a huge amount of time in R&D to develop the most powerful & safe ECU calibrations (tunes) possible. Gains big mid range power, improved top end pull, and huge top speed gains putting you at 80-83 MPH (in the right conditions) with a simple flash! Allows you to flash the ECU, data log engine parameters, and view/erase trouble codes ** Requires ECU to be sent in to HP Tuners be unlocked UNLESS purchasing ECU outright or exchanging ECU's** After the initial unlock, the ECU can now be flashed at any time using your smart phone. Standard Unlock Process(Average 5-10 business days) : Within 1 business day after purchase, we will send you instructions on sending your ECU to HP tuners. You will be responsible for shipping the ECU to HP tuners. Once at HP tuners, the ECU will take 1-5 business days for HP tuners to unlock. Your ECU will then be sent back via standard ground shipping. Turnaround time greatly varies on your location and how long ground shipping takes to/from HP tuners. Express Unlock Process(Average 3-5 business days): **For the continental US 48 states ONLY** We will send you a UPS Next Day Air label and instructions. You will need to attach this label to your own ECU package, then give the package to your local UPS drop-off location. Once at HP tuners, the ECU will take 1-5 business days for HP tuners to unlock. The ECU will then be sent back to you via Next Day shipping. All other parts on the express flash order will be shipped ground unless otherwise specified/selected during order checkout. �Keep in mind we cannot guarantee same day programming or control UPS shipping times/delays. �We will do everything possible to turn the ECU around as fast as possible. Purchase Unlocked ECU Outright: THIS REQUIRES BRP CAN AM BUDS2 SOFTWARE OR A WILLING DEALER TO PROGRAM. The new BRP ECU will come to you unlocked ,but blank, with no program. This will require BRP/Can Am BUDS2 software to program the blank ECM to your vehicle. Your gauge cluster stores the ECU information, so this can only be done by bringing the vehicle to a local shop. Many shops have this software, and all BRP/Can Am dealers have this as well. You'd want to find a local shop willing to complete the job for you before purchasing this ECU option. Exchange Unlocked ECU: THIS REQUIRES BRP CAN AM BUDS2 SOFTWARE OR A WILLING DEALER TO PROGRAM. The exchange ECU will come to you unlocked ,but blank, with no program. This will require BRP/Can Am BUDS2 software to program the blank ECM to your vehicle. Your gauge cluster stores the ECU information, so this can only be done by bringing the vehicle to a local shop. Many shops have this software, and all BRP/Can Am dealers have this as well. You'd want to find a local shop willing to complete the job for you before purchasing this ECU option. These ECU's will normally look used, but in good operating condition. If worried about the looks/outside condition of the ECU, we suggest simply purchasing one outright. The core charge is $995 for this ECU. We will refund $795 when your core ECU returns. In the end, this ends up costing $200 more than the standard unlock process, but saves time. ENSURE you INSURE your ECU for $500. �AA is not responsible for shipping delays or lost ECUs. While more expensive over Priority Mail or FedEx, UPS has been the most reliable carrier in our experience. We'll follow up with instructions for ECU removal Price includes: HP Tuners RTD4, OBDII to Can Am Diagnostic Port cable, necessary credits to flash your ECU, one AA custom tune (more tunes optional), and ECU unlock which is performed at HP Tuners facility in Illinois. Big horsepower gains depending on the level of tune/modifications (see below tune descriptions for more details) Much quicker throttle response and power delivery giving a whole new feel to the vehicle. Throttle by wire adjustments per drive mode/gear give a the vehicle a snappy feel in sport mode without being overly sensitive in normal mode. Safety parameters to protect your motor and supercharger are still in place AA's wicked timing curve is safe for the fuel octane recommended, but we do a much better job of finding timing limits for ramp up/more torque. �Many others simply focus on wide open throttle timing/fueling. AA's modified fuel curve will still get good mileage cruising, but will come in richer than OEM when accelerating hard. The OEM fueling curve has it's issues as it needs to be richer in some areas for catalyst heat, and lean in other areas. We blend this together on a fuel curve that make sense for economy and power. Air/fuel ratios extensively tested and verified at each tune level. These models use a wideband type sensor/ECU, so they automatically trim fuel to the requested air/fuel ratio. Throttle by wire torque/acceleration limiters disabled Rev limit increased to 9000 RPM for speed/overshoot. Optimum peak RPM is 8400-8600. For reference, the stock rev limit is 8300, but starts pulling the throttle blade closed around 8200 RPM. +9-12mph top speed gains! The 70mph OEM speed limiter is removed with average top speeds of 80-82mph with only the flash. We see 82-85mph with impeller/nozzle modifications. Top speed will greatly vary depend on resistance vs. power and intake/exhaust temps. Over boost, under boost, and intake plenum leak code parameters are desensitized Torque limitations are properly raised Level 1: �87-89 octane tune with an estimated 315-320 HP and still has big mid-range gains. Though the factory calls for 91 or greater octane, we decided to create an 87 octane tune for those who only have access to 87 octane, or for those wanting to run long distances on cheaper fuel. Level 2: �91+ octane with an estimated 335-345 HP and huge mid-range gains Level 3: �93+ octane with an estimated 340-350 HP and huge mid-range gains We also offer a nozzle and impeller for your jet pump which greatly compliments the tune. Acceleration graphs (coming soon) were done using the Dragy device and phone application.� Tests were all started from idle speed (4 MPH) straight to wide open throttle. �Test were done as consistently as possible with the same 225lb adult driver (winter bulk started early) and light wind conditions. Why AA tunes over others? �We have been tuning powersports vehicles for a long time and know how to properly test through data logging and reviews/changes. �Really it comes down to us having/riding our own RXT-X and wanting to get everything out of it ourselves.... we truly push for the max and are constantly trying to get more out of it. ��� We left nothing on the table.
