AA ECU & TCM flash for 2024+ Polaris Ranger XD1500 Models **Requires ECU to be sent in for programming** Works with HVAC, Non HVAC, Standard Cab & Crew Cab Models Looking for the best/most badass ECU tuning available for your XD1500? AA's performance tunes are now available to gain horsepower and torque. Through our advanced ECU tuning we are able to modify parameters correctly to gain you the power needed. We are highly experienced in tuning UTV's and this will show. The Ranger 1500 uses a new Bosch MG1 ECU, and the steel drive CVT(automotive like CVT) uses a transmission controller which works with the ECU and engine calibration to determine, and give final torque outputs. Tuning both the ECU and TCM is needed to properly work around major torque limitations, and give the huge gains we see. Huge power gains! +23rwhp or +30 crank HP with just a flash. OEM tuning is very limited and greatly reduces torque output levels (throttle). This creates an odd power curve you can see in our dyno sheet, and you can feel. Our calibrations not only give you a huge power gain, but they make the power so much more predictable and linear. Much quicker throttle response and power delivery giving a whole new feel to the vehicle Throttle by wire limiters disabled Seatbelt speed limiter removed Misfire detection disabled if you choose. This is a safety feature built into the ECU to shut fuel off for that cylinder if a misfire is detected. Oftentimes, this system gives a false misfire and puts you into limp mode. This is completely your choice to keep or disable. Fan on/off at 186/185 (Stock is 201/200) degrees Fahrenheit which is just above the thermostat opening temp. Speed limiter removed in low and high gears to hit over 80mph (Speed limit in high is 62mph stock, but with overshoot they can hit 65-65) **We highly suggest only short bursts above 65-70mph** Above 65mph your RPM will start to creep up and you will hit rev limiter around 80-85mph. Due to the transmission oil cavitation issues found, running over 6500-7000 RPM for long periods of time may have longevity effects on the transmission. If speeds of 65-75mph sustained are what you need, we suggest going up in tire size(gear it up) to keep RPM lower at those speeds. Rev limit at a safe 8000 RPM (stock is 6000rpm). Transmission shift out RPM will be roughly 5800-6200 RPM peak and you will see it reach those numbers much quicker in sport mode than the factory calibration. AA's wicked timing curve is safe for the fuel used, but we do a much better job of finding timing limits for ramp up/more torque. Many others simply focus on wide open throttle timing/fueling. AA's modified fuel curve will still have factory like(or even better than) fuel economy. The OEM fueling is overly rich in areas and we fix issues presented. Level 1 : This tune can be run on a bone stock XD 1500 on 91-93 octane fuel. This tune adds +3-4 RWHP (5-6 crank HP) putting you at roughly 120 crank horsepower with just a flash! Add clutching and you are a huge 8-9rwhp above OEM! We would highly suggest our S3 clutch kit with this tune as it loads the XD 1500 better down low for torque, allows peak RPM to ramp up faster in the mid/high end, and has slightly higher peak RPM for better peak power. This tune can be run with an aftermarket exhaust without any issue, but our Level 2 tune is the best option for aftermarket exhaust as it's slightly richer for more power and less heat. Level 2 : This tune is developed for an XD 1500 with aftermarket exhaust on 91-93 octane. This tune adds +7-8 RWHP. Due to how these motors/tuning works, this tune should work with about any aftermarket exhaust, but was tested and designed with our AA Dual Suppressor Slip-On Exhaust. Dyno graph is shown with 32" tires which showed a gain on the dyno due to building speed quicker. See a list of power levels on 32" tires below. Stock with 32" Tires = 96 RWHP Stock with Cruiser clutch setup = 86 RWHP S3 Cruiser clutch kit + L1 Flash = 88 RWHP S3 Clutch Kit (not Cruiser) with stock ECU = 100 RWHP S3 Clutch Kit (not Cruiser) and L1 Flash = 103 RWHP S3 Cruiser Clutch Kit + Exhaust + L2 Flash = 108 RWHP S3 Clutch Kit (not Cruiser) + L2 Flash = 110 RWHP Looking for race fuel or other octane tunes? Let us know and we can help you. If you're unsure if your XD 1500 is an EVAP model or not, check your Emissions Control sticker located on the front driver's side frame rail above the shock. See pictures for location. Normally the ECU also has a sticker on it giving you/us this information. The drop down also asks if your XD 1500 has HVAC(air/heat) or the standard model without We will follow up with instructions on how to locate, remove, and send your ECU. *** ECU MUST BE SENT IN FOR PROGRAMMING: Aftermarket Assassins, 2348 75th Ave, Osceola, WI 54020 *** Customer is responsible for shipping to AA, a shipping label is not included in the price (Unless express flash is selected) Programming turnaround may vary, but is normally 1-2 days. Express ECU service for US main 48 states only. We'll send you a next day UPS label, and ship your ECU ONLY back via next day. All other pats will be shipped ground unless otherwise specified/selected during order checkout. Keep in mind we cannot guarantee same day programming or control UPS shipping times/delays. We will do everything possible to turn the ECU around as fast as possible. When the ECU arrives we'll read your stock file and keep a file folder for your stock/tune files. We'll then flash with the correct AA tune. If you ever need to go back to the OEM tune we charge $95 which includes shipping back to you (shipping back for lower 48 US only). Please contact us if you need to go back to your OEM tune. MAKE SURE you insure your ECU for $700. AA is not responsible for shipping delays or lost ECU's. While more expensive over Priority Mail or Fedex, UPS has been the most reliable carrier in our experience. Why AA tunes over others? We have been tuning UTV's with CVT clutches for a long time, longer than almost anyone in our field going back to the 800 RZR. Tuning a CVT vehicle properly is not an easy task as you have so many variables at one time. We spend the time to wheel dyno(with actual UTV tires) correctly per modification, and have advanced ECU calibration and clutching knowledge to do so. Every change in horsepower can result in us changing clutching several times. We also develop most of our supporting mods so we know everything works correctly, and build parts to fit the vehicles needs. Lastly and honestly the most important; we then back up our results with real world data logging on local trails and our facility on 110 acres. It's this combination that truly makes the difference and why AA normally has a faster vehicle with the same or less rated tune horsepower. We left nothing on the table on the XD 1500 Ranger bolt-on parts as we tried hundreds of calibrations in development on the dyno, and in the dirt. If others claim more power/gains for the same mods use caution in believing it! If you have any other needs in these tunes, or any concerns; please message us. Oh... and get ready for your XD 1500 to flat out rip! PN: 118-1005
