Are you looking for the most badass tunes available for your Power Vision? Here you are! These tunes are for customers that already have the Power Vision . If you are looking to tune two vehicles with your Power Vision 3 (Not applicable to PVCX or PV4) please read this page thoroughly before proceeding. If tuning two vehicles with your PV4, the app will prompt you to purchase a License for the additional vehicle. We are highly experienced in tuning the X3 models and that will show. Our tunes are also easily labeled and will show horsepower numbers with supporting mods such as exhaust and clutching. These tunes modify all the necessary maps to create big horsepower, while still maintaining a reliable and safe X3. We need you to send your PV_INFO file to us before we can send the tunes. For more information on how to get this, see the below description, or this VIDEO (PV3 only in video). ***These tunes are all for the 2018-21 X3 with the factory fuel pump and factory fuel injectors, or the 2017 X3 with the 2018 fuel pump and factory fuel injectors.*** Gains shown and listed are for 2018-21 base power (139 RWHP). 2017 base power was 126 RWHP. The 2018-21 Maverick X3 is a great machine with good power from the factory, but why stop there? This 3 cylinder turbocharged motor has so much more potential! After many hours testing on the dyno and even more testing in the real world, we have what we believe to be the best tunes on the market for the 2018-21 X3, or 2017 models with the upgraded fuel pump. We modify many parameters and spent a TON of time fixing a few issues we saw from the factory when cranking up the boost. Read below for more tune details. Big horsepower and torque gains depending on the level of tune desired, and supporting modifications. Not just dyno tested! We are avid riders and like the factory, a ton of the testing is done in the field to make sure you are getting 110%. With data logging capabilities you can't get any better testing than real world. Often times we can make significant changes to further increase power, drivability, and feel of the machine that can never be done on the dyno. Wicked throttle response and power delivery (for sport mode) Throttle by wire limitations disabled Torque calculations set correctly to ensure the most performance at all times Fuel tables modified to gain low end punch and safe yet powerful air/fuel ratios Get rid of the lean punch! The factory runs these things stupid lean when getting on boost and we fix that. Boost tables properly modified for the fuel & modifications along with lightning quick turbo spool Intercooler fan on/off lowered by 30 degrees Timing tables modified for best power per tune Safety parameters to protect your motor and turbocharger are still in place Speed limiters removed with the white key 2 foot limiters removed Start in any gear Rev limit raised from 8300 to a safe 8800 RPM See our PV3/CX gauge mount HERE Our Level 1 tune is designed for a completely stock 2018 X3 on 91 octane or better. This tune runs an average of 16-16.5 PSI of boost and is a very safe tune to run on even 91 oxy/ethanol fuel. Gains are right around 13-15 HP to the wheels. We found many competitors only offer a max pump gas tune and that simply does not work as well without having a good 91 non ethanol or 93 octane fuel. If you run into this, your safety circuits will pull timing based on DET and can even go into a partial limp mode dropping you down to below stock boost levels. This is a great tune to have loaded on the tuner for such event that you get bad fuel.. it still rips, but won't push things as much. This tune absolutely tears on 16 PSI, and just keeps pulling all day long. It works well with a 100% factory machine or with a slip-on exhaust, cat delete, full exhaust, and/or an intake kit. Your wastegate should be turned in 3 turns (shorter) with this tune with a crack pressure of 6-7 PSI. Our Level 2 tune is again designed for 91-93 octane and is a good mid level tune that will require at least a cat delete. We would however recommend a full exhaust for best horsepower gains and sustained power. This tune will run around 16-17 PSI boost on average and gains 20 hp to the wheels. We also HIGHLY recommend our high flow intake kit for best power gains. Our clutch weights are also highly recommended. Your wastegate should be turned in 3 turns (shorter) with this tune with a crack pressure of 6-7 PSI. Our Level 3 tune puts the hammer down on some good 91-93 octane. We would recommend non ethanol 91, or any 93 octane. If you can't get one of those, you can mix a half gallon of race fuel, or a half can of VP Octanium. This tune simply rips on pump gas, coming in at nearly 163 RWHP on our dyno! It will normally run around 17-17.5 PSI of boost. This is a big 23-25 RWHP gain over factory. This tune requires a full exhaust system and our high flow intake kit. Clutching is highly recommended. Your wastegate should be turned in 3 turns (shorter) with this tune with a crack pressure of 6-7 PSI. Level 4 adds a bit of race fuel to the mix! This tune is designed for 95-100 octane fuel. If you have 95 octane fuel where you live, great. If not, you can mix in some race fuel 50/50 and easily run this tune. We'd recommend VP MS109 or similar fuel as it's unleaded and will be easier on your O2 sensor, but 110 leaded will work great. Any fuel 109-110 octane or higher will be sufficient. This tune runs around 18-18.5 PSI and produce 175 RWHP and is extremely fast. Your wastegate should be turned in 4-5 turns (shorter) with this tune with a crack pressure of 8-9 PSI. Level 4AV is the Level 4 tune (same specs) but designed to run 100 LL AV gas found at your local airport. This fuel has a different specific gravity with the oxygenation and other characteristics. Running a tune not meant for this fuel can make it act lean and therefor will not get the full power and potential from the fuel. This tune modifies fuel tables to be able to run 100 LL AV gas and reap all the benefits. This tune runs around 18-18.5 PSI and produce 175 RWHP and is extremely fast. Your wastegate should be turned in 4-5 turns (shorter) with this tune with a crack pressure of 8-9 PSI. Level 5 Kill mode is here! This tune is developed for 110 Leaded, or MS109 fuel (or better). This tune is an absolute riot and will leave others in the dust. We throw down a huge 185-190 RWHP with this tune at 19-20 PSI of boost, with a wicked timing curve for the big octane fuel. This one will throw you back in the seat as soon as you get on the throttle, and keep pulling for days! Hands down, this is the highest horsepower tune possible on the factory turbo/waste gate & factory injectors. This tune requires an exhaust system, intake system, clutching & the wastegate turned in (shorter) so only 7-8 turns with a crack pressure of 10-12 PSI. Level 6 Kill mode squared is running on corn! This E85 tune packs as much if not more punch than the level 5 tune but must be used with our big injector s. This tune is an absolute riot and will leave others in the dust. We throw down a huge 185-190 RWHP with this tune at 19-20 PSI of boost, with a wicked timing curve for the cool burning E85. This one will throw you back in the seat as soon as you get on the throttle, and keep pulling for days! Hands down, this is the highest horsepower tune possible on the factory turbo/waste gate. This tune requires an exhaust system, intake system, clutching & the wastegate turned in (shorter) so only 7-8 turns with a crack pressure of 10-12 PSI. How to: Waste Gate Adjustment All our gas tunes are available on our large injectors, so there is no need to switch. The only reason to go big injector is if you plan on running E85. If you don't plan on running E85, just stick with the factory injectors. Max boost levels are listed as reference only. Altitude, temperature, charge temps, intercooler temps and many other conditions play into a factor of final boost output. AA tunes do a better job of making sure you reach these levels as the factory tunes are overly safe. Get ready to hang on, your X3 is about to transform! Simply send us your Powervision ( PVCX/PV3 only ) and we'll install the tunes for $25 which includes the shipping back to you. PV3 Users to send PV_INFO : To get your PV_INFO number simply plug your Powervision into your computer (No software is needed and this will work on an Mac or Windows computer) using the supplied mini USB cord. Wait for the POWERVISION device to pop up as a drive. Once it pops up, open the folder for this device. Inside the folder for the POWERVISION you will see a PV_INFO file which will need to be attached into an e-mail and sent to aftermarketassassins@gmail.com PV4 Users to send PV_INFO : With your PV4 connected and app open on your phone, Hit "Scan" to search for your connected PV4. Tap on the "Dynojet PV4". Your Connected Vehicle should show your VIN and ECU information. (Verify this information matches your vehicle) Select the share icon next to "Connected Vehicle". Select your e-mail app (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.). This will open a new e-mail with the attached PV4/ECU information. In the "To" line, fill in with aftermarketassassins@gmail.com . In the "Subject" line, fill in with your name & invoice #. Please note that if your e-mail associated with your PV4 account is different than the e-mail you are using to send the info, please make special note of this and attach the e-mail associated with your PV4 account. Send the e-mail and await further instructions when we send your tune file(s). PV3 Users to download tune(s) : Simply download the tunes from the e-mail we send and find where they are located (usually the DOWNLOADS folder). Copy the tune files by highlighting them and plug your Powervision into your computer using the supplied mini USB cable. Wait for the POWERVISION to connect and open the POWERVISION drive. Then simply copy the downloaded AA tunes into the main POWERVISION folder with the rest of your supplied DynoJet tunes. PV4 Users to download tune(s) : Open the Power Vision 4 app on your phone. If you currently have the app open when we send the tune(s), you will need to completely close out of the app and re-open it. At the top should be a "There are shared invitations" notification. Tap on this. Tap on "Accept" to accept the tune(s) from Aftermarket Assassins. Tap on "Tunes". The new tune(s) will now be listed at the top under "My Tunes". DynoJet's tunes will be listed below (If applicable for your model). Tap on the tune that you want to flash. Tap "Flash Tune" If a License is needed for your vehicle, a "Redeem token" message will appear. Click "Yes" if you wish to purchase and redeem a License token for your vehicle. **Tunes are password protected so you will not be able to open or view them in the C3 tuning software**. This keeps our tunes protected from copying, and gives us a good reason to keep putting in the time to make the best tunes out there! Why AA tunes over others? We have been tuning UTV's with CVT clutches for a long time, longer than almost anyone in our field going back to the 800 RZR. Tuning a CVT vehicle properly is not an easy task as you have so many variables at one time. We spend the time to wheel dyno(with actual UTV tires) correctly per modification, and have advanced ECU calibration and clutching knowledge to do so. Every change in horsepower can result in us changing clutching several times. We also develop most of our supporting mods so we know everything works correctly, and build parts to fit the vehicles needs. Lastly and honestly the most important; we then back up our results with real world data logging on local trails and our facility on 110 acres. It's this combination that truly makes the difference and why AA normally has a faster vehicle with the same or less rated tune horsepower.
