2016+ Polaris RZR XP1000, 900S, 1000S, General, Ranger 900/1000 Clutch Center to Center Alignment Tool | 108-1056

Tool fits 2016+ RZR XP1000, 900S, 1000S, General 1000/XP1000, Ranger 900/1000; 2 & 4 seat models. 2016+ ACE900. May fit others as well. This tool is needed whenever you remove the bolts/mounts holding the motor and transmission together. Center to center distance should be checked if your belt life is suffering. Many vehicles do not have the correct center to center distance from the factory. Simply remove your clutches (primary clutch puller needed) and install this tool on the secondary shaft (larger hole). Bolt the smaller hole end to the crankshaft with your OEM primary clutch bolt. Replaces Polaris PN PU-50658-A (for the models listed, or those that call out hole #4 on the OEM tool) We also suggest checking belt alignment (different than center to center).
