Massive horsepower gains Quicker throttle response and power delivery Throttle by wire limiters disabled Tunes will not throw an overboost code Fan on\/off temp lowered to 190\/185 degrees Fahrenheit Seatbelt limiter disabled Speed limiter removed in low and high gears Rev limit at a safe 9200rpm The Level 1 tune is great increase in boost showing a 20whp gain at 14-14.5psi of boost maximum. This tune is extremely responsive, and will be your \"hold it pinned for a mile\" tune. Very easy on the motor, yet big power. This tune works excellent with the stock, or aftermarket exhaust. Stock clutching can be used, however clutching will provide a bigger difference. The Level 2 tune offers 15-15.5psi of boost and a wicked 30rwhp gain.  This level 2 tune gives you roughly the same power and boost as a stock 2017 machine, giving reliable and big power you can hammer on all day. This tune can be used with the stock or aftermarket exhaust.  Clutching is not necessary, but is highly recommended to properly transfer the power to the ground.  91 Octane tune. The Level 3 tune offers 100% maximum horsepower on pump fuel!  Running 16-16.5psi of boost max, we gain a huge 40rwhp! Requires 91-93 octane fuel. If you are running 91 octane, be sure it's non ethanol \u0026amp; non oxygenated. If your area does not offer quality pump fuel, a half can of VP Madditive or Torco Accelerator will work. A small mix of a 1\/2 gallon race fuel would also work to boost the octane to a safe level with this tune. Exhaust is recommended The Level 4 tune is using race fuel to richen up the mixture so the injectors do not max out, and to safely allow you to run just over 17 max PSI of boost (Roughly +50rwhp) on the stock fuel injectors. Exhaust and clutching are needed with this tune!  110 Octane fuel or better is necessary. VP 110 or sunoco 110 is recommended. DO NOT USE AV GAS WITH THIS OR ANY TUNE NOT DESIGNED FOR IT!  We also recommend shortening your waste gate actuator rod by 1.5-2 turns. This VIDEO shows how to do this. Max boost levels are listed as reference only. Altitude, temperature, charge temps, intercooler temps and many other conditions play into a factor of final boost output. AA tunes do a better job of making sure you reach these levels as the factory tunes are overly safe, and have the EPA regulations to work around. Why our tunes over the dynojet tunes? This really depends on our tune level.  The great thing with our tunes is they are easily labeled, list boost numbers, and rough horsepower gains. They have been proven to make and hold power longer than the dynojet tunes.  Not only this, but we test with clutching, exhaust, and other parts to ensure our tunes work well with all factors.  Lower level tunes(1-2) are actually much safer than a dynojet \"max boost\" tune especially if running stock exhaust, yet deliver more power than their low boost tunes.  Safer tunes will hold power longer, and be much easier on your motor.  When your RZR detunes because boost is too high for the modifications or fuel, it can become slower than stock!  Our level 3 tune has higher boost, and comes on harder. Our level 4 tune and up are adding in race fuel and will offer even more power than any dynojet tune.  Since we have so much time on RZR's, we know the limits and can push the limiters further giving you higher speed limits, and many other things hidden in our maps. Click HERE for a link on how to easily adjust the waste gate. Level 1 : Modified stock power level tune, but has better boost maps to help keep you in the power.  We disable many limiters, raise the speed limit, rev limit, and make necessary fuel \u0026amp; timing changes. The 2017+ factory tune runs a max of 14.5-15psi of boost, and we keep that in this tune as it's just easier to obtain \u0026amp; maintain that level. Level 2 : This tune offers 16-16.5psi of boost and a 10-15rwhp gain.  This tune can be used with the stock or aftermarket exhaust.  Clutching is not needed, but is highly recommended with this tune, as just tuning the machine will not properly transfer the power to the ground. Clutching is another big horsepower gain.  91-93 Octane tune. Level 3 : This 91-93 octane tune is a game changer! Hitting hard at +20-25rwhp, this tune offers the highest boost possible (17-17.5psi max) on 91-93 octane fuel.  Due to the thicker head gasket and larger injectors on the 2017+ models, we are able to get away with this kind of power on pump fuel. These are absolutely huge power gains that will have you grinning from ear to ear.  This tune must be used with an aftermarket exhaust to run on 91 octane fuel and requires clutching. If using 93 octane (or 91 with octane boost) you can run stock exhaust\/cat removed but you will leave power on the table.  Waste gate rod adjustment (2 turns shorter) is needed for tune to work correctly.  Billet BOV is also highly recommended. Level 4 : This tune is designed for 98-100 octane (will run on UTV 96, or most fuels up to 110 octane) and was developed using one can of VP Octanium to a tank of fuel.  Mixing other race fuel with the tune to get 100 octane output would work great, just keep in mind leaded fuels can take out o2 sensors when running leaded fuel consistently. Boost (17.5-18 PSI) and timing are fine tuned for this octane rating, assuring the most possible power.  This tune pack a huge punch of +30rwhp with just a small amount more octane.  Exhaust and clutching are needed with this tune. Waste gate rod adjustment (2 turns shorter) is needed for tune to work correctly. Billet BOV is also recommended. Level 5 : Get ready to drop the hammer with a gain of 35-40rwhp!  If you don't like to lose races, this tune is your friend.... and if your friends don't like to lose either... they might not be your friends for long.  This tune is developed for 110 octane fuel (unleaded is recommended if you are keeping you plan on running your o2 sensor) and really hits hard.  This tune runs around 18.5-19 max psi.  This is where we found the turbo to max out for the most part, so we went to our timing tables and did some work.  Adding a revised timing curve with these boost pressures is a recipe for absolutely stupid power that hits harder than you can imagine.  Exhaust and clutching are needed with this tune. Waste gate rod adjustment (2 turns shorter) is needed for tune to work correctly. Billet BOV is also recommended. Level 6 :  Have E85 local to you?  Time to fill up and start turning heads!  This tune is developed on the stock injectors and stock fuel pump for E85 fuel... that's right, just gas up and hammer down.  E85 is a great race fuel replacement as it runs very cool and can sustain high boost and advanced timing maps..... which equal awesome power!  We crank out all our Level 5 tune has and even a little more.  Keep in mind E85 takes about 30% more fuel to run, so it will guzzle fuel fast.  This tune runs an average of 18.5-19 PSI of boost. Waste gate rod adjustment (2 turns shorter) is needed for tune to work correctly. Why our tunes over the DynoJet tunes? This really depends on our tune level.  The great thing with our tunes is they are easily labeled, list boost numbers, and rough horsepower gains. They have been proven to make and hold power longer than the DynoJet tunes.  Not only this, but we test with clutching, exhaust, and other parts to ensure our tunes work well with all factors.  DynoJet actually requests a ton of boost in their tunes, and the dyno backed up our statement that more is not always better. You can see power climb quickly and make good number, but then fade very quickly.  This is due to too much boost request and the turbo not being able to hit that number, or handle it.  Our safer tunes will hold power longer, and be much easier on your motor \u0026amp; turbo.  When your RZR detunes or starts blowing too much hot air because boost is too high for the modifications or fuel, it can become slower than stock! The factory timing map is very de-tuned on the S 1000 model along with a few key areas of mapping that is lacking.  We give you the tune the factory should have from the start! This is seriously worth every penny!  You are looking at a 7-8 HP gain with the tune, but the down low grunt is absolutely stupid.  When testing vs our tuned XP turbo, this S 1000 hole shots the XPT like no other. The Level 2 tune is the same as Level 1 but with increased fueling for a slip-on or full exhaust system. We disable many limiters, raise the speed limit, rev limit, and make necessary fuel \u0026amp; timing changes. The 2017+ factory tune runs a max of 14.5-15psi of boost, and we keep that in this tune as it's just easier to obtain \u0026amp; maintain that level. Level 2 : This tune offers 16-16.5psi of boost and a 10-15rwhp gain.  This tune can be used with the stock or aftermarket exhaust.  Clutching is not needed, but is highly recommended with this tune, as just tuning the machine will not properly transfer the power to the ground. Clutching is another big horsepower gain.  91-93 Octane tune. Level 3 : This 91-93 octane tune is a game changer! Hitting hard at +20-25rwhp, this tune offers the highest boost possible (17-17.5psi max) on 91-93 octane fuel.  Due to the thicker head gasket and larger injectors on the 2017+ models, we are able to get away with this kind of power on pump fuel. These are absolutely huge power gains that will have you grinning from ear to ear.  This tune must be used with an aftermarket exhaust to run on 91 octane fuel and requires clutching. If using 93 octane (or 91 with octane boost) you can run stock exhaust\/cat removed but you will leave power on the table.  Waste gate rod adjustment (2 turns shorter) is needed for tune to work correctly.  Billet BOV is also highly recommended. Level 3.5 :  Looking for the absolute max on pump gas?  This tune offers the highest boost possible (17.5-18 PSI max) on a minimum of 93 octane fuel and hits hard at +25-30 RWHP.  This tune must be used with an aftermarket exhaust and requires clutching.  Wastegate rod adjustment (2 turns shorter) is needed for this tune to work correctly.  Billet BOV is also highly recommended. Level 4 : This tune is designed for 98-100 octane (will run on UTV 96, or most fuels up to 110 octane) and was developed using one can of VP Octanium to a tank of fuel. �Mixing other race fuel with the tune to get 100 octane output would work great, just keep in mind leaded fuels can take out o2 sensors when running leaded fuel consistently. Boost (17.5-18 PSI) and timing are fine tuned for this octane rating, assuring the most possible power.  This tune pack a huge punch of +30rwhp with just a small amount more octane.  Exhaust and clutching are needed with this tune. Waste gate rod adjustment (2 turns shorter) is needed for tune to work correctly. Billet BOV is also recommended. Level 5 : Get ready to drop the hammer with a gain of 35-40rwhp!  If you don't like to lose races, this tune is your friend.... and if your friends don't like to lose either... they might not be your friends for long. �This tune is developed for 110 octane fuel (unleaded is recommended if you are keeping you plan on running your o2 sensor) and really hits hard. �This tune runs around 18.5-19 max psi. �This is where we found the turbo to max out for the most part, so we went to our timing tables and did some work.  Adding a revised timing curve with these boost pressures is a recipe for absolutely stupid power that hits harder than you can imagine. �Exhaust and clutching are needed with this tune. Waste gate rod adjustment (2 turns shorter) is needed for tune to work correctly. Billet BOV is also recommended. Level 6 :  Have E85 local to you?  Time to fill up and start turning heads!  This tune is developed on the stock injectors and stock fuel pump for E85 fuel... that's right, just gas up and hammer down.  E85 is a great race fuel replacement as it runs very cool and can sustain high boost and advanced timing maps..... which equal awesome power!  We crank out all our Level 5 tune has and even a little more.  Keep in mind E85 takes about 30% more fuel to run, so it will guzzle fuel fast.  This tune runs an average of 18.5-19 PSI of boost. Waste gate rod adjustment (2 turns shorter) is needed for tune to work correctly. Max boost levels are listed as reference only. Altitude, temperature, charge temps, intercooler temps and many other conditions play into a factor of final boost output. AA tunes do a better job of making sure you reach these levels as the factory tunes are overly safe, and have the EPA to deal with. Why our tunes over the Dynojet tunes? This really depends on our tune level.  The great thing with our tunes is they are easily labeled, list boost numbers, and rough horsepower gains. They have been proven to make and hold power longer than the Dynojet tunes.  Not only this, but we test with clutching, exhaust, and other parts to ensure our tunes work well with all factors.  Dynojet actually requests a ton of boost in their tunes, and the dyno backed up our statement that more is not always better. You can see power climb quickly and make good number, but then fade very quickly.  This is due to too much boost request and the turbo not being able to hit that number, or handle it.  Our safer tunes will hold power longer, and be much easier on your motor \u0026amp; turbo.  When your RZR detunes or starts blowing too much hot air because boost is too high for the modifications or fuel, it can become slower than stock! The Level 3 tune offers 100% maximum horsepower on pump fuel!  Running 16.5-16.8psi of boost max, we gain a huge 35-40rwhp! Requires 91-93 octane fuel. If you are running 91 octane, be sure it's non ethanol \u0026amp; non oxygenated. If your area does not offer quality pump fuel, a half can of VP Madditive or Torco Accelerator will work. A small mix of a 1\/2 gallon race fuel would also work to boost the octane to a safe level.  Exhaust is recommended. The Level 4 tune runs 17-12.7 PSI max and will really throw down the power! 45-50rwhp gains have been seen with this boost pressure.  This tune requires 96 octane fuel.  For most people, this will be a can of VP Madditive or Torco Accelerator per tank, or 2 gallons of 110 race fuel or better per tank.  We also recommend shortening your waste gate actuator rod by 1.5-2 turns to prevent the waste gate from opening slightly, and limiting boost. This VIDEO shows how to do this.  Exhaust and clutching are needed with this tune.  Side note: you can run this tune on pump fuel if you swap to the 2017 XPT head gasket! The level 5 tune really ignites the fire with a gain of 50-55rwhp!  This tune is developed for 110 octane fuel (unleaded is recommended if you are keeping you plan on running your o2 sensor) and really hits hard.  We add just a little more boost running you from 17.7-18 psi.  This is where we found the turbo to max out for the most part, so we went to our timing tables and did some work. Adding a revised timing curve makes this tune come out of hole even harder, and keep pulling for days. In testing over our level 3 tune, we had to add 3 grams of clutch weight to run the same RPM. If you are racing, or really want to show you're buddies who's boss... this is the tune you want! The factory timing map is weak on the XP1K along with a few key areas of mapping that is lacking.  We give you the tune the factory should have from the start! MUCH quicker throttle response and power delivery More throttle in low range on most tune compats (most have 28% throttle, we give you 75%) Better mid range fueling for more power Throttle by wire limiters disabled AA's WICKED timing and fuel curve Fan on\/off temp lowered to 185\/180 degrees Fahrenheit Seatbelt limiter disabled Speed limiter removed in low and high gears Rev limit at a safe 9200 RPM Peak RPM to clutch for is best between 8400-8700 RPM The Level 1 tune is a huge increase and is developed for the stock exhaust (cat removed is okay)  This is seriously worth every penny!  You are looking at an average 6-9 HP gain on pump gas with the tune, but the down low grunt is absolutely awesome. The Level 3 tune offers 100% maximum horsepower on pump fuel! �Running 16-16.8 PSI of boost max, we gain a huge 40 RWHP! Requires 91-93 octane fuel. If you are running 91 octane, be sure it's non-ethanol\/non-oxygenated. If your area does not offer quality pump fuel, we recommend adding half a can of VP Madditive or Torco Accelerator. A small mix of a 1\/2 gallon race fuel would also work to boost the octane to a safe level. �Exhaust is recommended. The Level 4 tune runs 17.5 PSI max and will really throw down the power! 50 RWHP gains have been seen with this boost pressure. �This tune requires 110 octane fuel with the stock injectors, or a 95-97 octane race fuel mix with large injectors. We would recommend unleaded race fuel for use with your O2 sensor. �We also recommend shortening your wastegate actuator rod by 1.5-2 turns to prevent the waste gate from opening slightly, and limiting boost. Big horsepower gains!  As you probably know, the 900 RZR motor for 2015-Up is very de-tuned from the factory.  The throttle is limited by only allowing so much air to enter the motor before it closes throttle to see the acceptable amount.  These limits are hard to break, especially all the way to redline.  Many other tunes will open the throttle a little more at first, but then still close when you get over 8000 RPM.  This is why it's important to see a dyno sheet or data log run up to top speed where it will eventually hit the rev limit.  If power or throttle tapers off, you know the tune is not as good as ours.  That being said, horsepower gains depend on air conditions such as temperature and altitude.  If you have less air to start with such as in very hot temps, or at higher altitudes, your throttle will open more (with the stock tune) than those in low altitude or colder temps.  Basically, no matter where or what temperature you ride in the stock machine will make the claimed 75 HP to the crank.   Now lets say we are dynoing at low altitude on a cold Minnesota day of 10 degrees.  We load this tune in for 100% throttle no matter what, now we can make huge horsepower...  up to 95 crank HP.  Take that same machine and go to Florida with some nice hot sticky summer weather.  We might only make 85 crank HP.  Point of the story is that on this particular model, your horsepower gains vary depending on temp and altitude.  No matter what, we promise you will notice a huge gain and not even be close to a stock 900.  Average gains for low altitude riding in 50-70 degree weather will be around 15 HP.  We guarantee no one else is making any more power than our tune, despite claims of higher horsepower which were made in colder temps. We have a huge amount of CVT knowledge, a great passion for the sport, and spent many hours testing different setups in the real world.  We know you'll be extremely pleased with the performance gain from our clutch kits!   Fits all 2016-Up RZR 900 Trail, XC, and S models If you have a 2015 model, please message or call us as we have a few different clutching options for you Big horsepower gains!  As you probably know, the 900 RZR motor for 2015-Up is very de-tuned from the factory.  The throttle is limited by only allowing so much air to enter the motor before it closes throttle to see the acceptable amount.  These limits are hard to break, especially all the way to redline.  Many other tunes will open the throttle a little more at first, but then still close when you get over 8000 RPM.  This is why it's important to see a dyno sheet or data log run up to top speed where it will eventually hit the rev limit.  If power or throttle tapers off, you know the tune is not as good as ours.  That being said, horsepower gains depend on air conditions such as temperature and altitude.  If you have less air to start with such as in very hot temps, or at higher altitudes, your throttle will open more (with the stock tune) than those in low altitude or colder temps.  Basically, no matter where or what temperature you ride in the stock machine will make the claimed 75 HP to the crank.   Now lets say we are dynoing at low altitude on a cold Minnesota day of 10 degrees.  We load this tune in for 100% throttle no matter what, now we can make huge horsepower...  up to 95 crank HP.  Take that same machine and go to Florida with some nice hot sticky summer weather.  We might only make 85 crank HP.  Point of the story is that on this particular model, your horsepower gains vary depending on temp and altitude.  No matter what, we promise you will notice a huge gain and not even be close to a stock 900.  Average gains for low altitude riding in 50-70 degree weather will be around 15 HP.  We guarantee no one else is making any more power than our tune, despite claims of higher horsepower which were made in colder temps.   MUCH quicker throttle response and power delivery Throttle by wire limiters disabled - 100% throttle! AA's bad ass timing curve is setup for 91 octane and delivers a huge punch in the mid range and much better top end power Fuel tables optimized for this motor and to go with our timing curve with 100% throttle Mid range fueling is improved for increased mid range power and lower cruising temps Fan on\/off temp lowered to 190\/185 degrees Fahrenheit Seatbelt limiter disabled 2 Foot Limiters Disabled (gas\/brake at the same time) Speed limiter removed in low and high gears - Most will see 7-10 MPH actual top speed gains!  Rev limit at a safe 8800 RPM The Level 1 tune is a huge increase and is designed to work with the stock exhaust.  A slip-on will work with this tune, but you can pick up a little more by going to our Level 2 tune if you have a slip-on or full exhaust.  The Level 2 tune is the same as Level 1 but with increased fueling for a slip-on or full exhaust system Optional kid mode tune can be added.  This tune has 35% throttle maximum and 35mph.  This can be customized for an extra $25 fee.  E-mail us for customization. Wondering why go with our tune(s) over the DynoJet tunes? We go the extra mile to make sure everything is gained, and have a few extra tricks up our sleeve because we test in the real world. Other maps take their time to hit peak timing numbers which really hurts performance. Our map gets you into peak timing quicker, so max power seems more instant. We also have a great fuel curve that is designed to go with our timing curve, and offers better fueling for more power at WOT.  We also do some work with torque limiters as in the dirt we saw throttle closures when spinning the tires. Our map fixes that issue giving you 100% locked power delivery.  We also do the easy things like up the speed limiter to where you will never hit, disable 2 foot limiters, disable seatbelt limiters \u0026amp; more. Basically, this is the all out tune that has all the features you want built right into it.  To help better transfer the power gained to the wheels, and to achieve proper peak RPM, this kit includes our Stage 2 clutch kit with the base price.  If you have a 2016-Up model we suggest going with our S3 clutch kit, which includes a new TIED floating secondary clutch.  If you have a 2015 model and are looking for more than the S1 clutch kit, please send us a message and we can let you know the options. We offer two clutch kits : Standard Load : Meant for stock or near stock size tires (26-30\") and is the one for most fast pace trail riders or racers. High Load : Meant for those with larger tires (31-32\"), mud tires, dune riders, and those with paddles 28\" or larger.  Mudding and duning are considered high load and must be clutched slightly different.  The components for our mud and dune setups (high load) are the same, but you'll notice your setup guideline for the Recoil adjustable weights will be different between those two applications. EBS (Engine Braking) Options : Keep Engine Braking : Like factory.  Most slower pace riders (mud, crawling or very hilly terrain) will keep the EBS in place. Remove Engine Braking : - Most faster pace trail riders\/racer or dune riders will choose to remove it. After hitting the puller with a hammer, try threading the puller in further and repeat these steps.  An impact gun might not be enough sometimes.  If you don't see the puller spin after pounding on it and you are using an impact, move to the pry bar and breaker bar method.  We have found most naturally aspirated models have few issues coming off, but the RZR XP Turbo can be stubborn. For reference; a 2017-Up 168 HP crank horsepower stock machine will dyno at 135-138 RWHP on our dyno All tunes level 3 and higher will need the waste gate rod shorter for maximum power.  Click HERE for a link on how to easily adjust the waste gate. The Level 1 tune is a modified stock power level tune, but has better boost maps to help keep you in the power.  We disable many limiters, up the speed limit, rev limit, and make necessary fuel \u0026amp; timing changes. The 2017 factory tune runs a max of 114.5-15psi of boost, and we keep that in this tune, it's just easier to obtain \u0026amp; maintain that level. The Level 2 tune offers 16-16.5psi of boost and a 10-12rwhp gain.  This tune can be used with the stock or aftermarket exhaust.  Clutching is not needed, but is highly recommended with this tune, as just tuning the machine will not properly transfer the power to the ground. Clutching is another big horsepower gain.  91 Octane tune. The Level 3 tune is a game changer! Hitting hard at +20-25rwhp, this tune offers the highest boost possible(17-17.5psi max) on 91-93 octane fuel.  Due to the thicker head gasket and larger injectors on the 2017+ models, we are able to get away with his kind of power on pump fuel. These are absolutely huge power gains that will have you grinning from ear to ear.  This tune must be used with an aftermarket exhaust and requires clutching.  91 non ethanol\/non oxygenated fuel, or 93 octane is required. If fuel in your area is poor, we'd suggest using a half can of VP Madditive or Boostane to help fuel quality.  1\/2 gallon of 110 or better race fuel would also work to boost octane levels.  Waste gate rod adjustment (2 turns shorter) is needed for tune to work correctly.  Billet BOV is also highly recommended. Level 4: This tune is designed for 98-100 octane (will run on UTV 96, or most fuels up to 110 octane) and was developed using one can of VP Octanium to a tank of fuel.  Mixing other race fuel with the tune to get 100 octane output would work great, just keep in mind leaded fuels can take out o2 sensors when running leaded fuel consistently. From extensive testing, we know that this is the limit of the factory turbo before it becomes inefficient and simply starts blowing too much hot air. We correct many maps for this octane rating, assuring the most possible power.  This tune pack a huge punch with just a small amount more octane.  Exhaust and clutching are needed with this tune. Waste gate rod adjustment (2 turns shorter) is needed for tune to work correctly. Billet BOV is also recommended. Level 5: get ready to drop the hammer!  If you don't like to lose races, this tune is your friend.... and If you're friends don't like to lose either... they might not be your friends for long.  This tune is developed for 110 octane fuel (unleaded is recommended if you are keeping you plan on running your o2 sensor) and really hits hard.  This tune runs around 18.5-19 max psi.  This is where we found the turbo to max out for the most part, so we went to our timing tables and did some work.  Adding a revised timing curve with these boost pressures is a recipe for absolutely stupid power that hits harder than you can imagine.  Exhaust and clutching are needed with this tune. Waste gate rod adjustment (2 turns shorter) is needed for tune to work correctly. Billet BOV is also recommended. Level 6:  Have E85 local to you?  Time to fill up and start turning heads!  This tune is developed on the stock injectors and stock fuel pump for E85 fuel... thats right, just gas up and hammer down.  E85 is a great race fuel replacement as it runs very cool and can sustain high boost and advanced timing maps..... which equal awesome power!  We crank out all our level 5 tune has and even a little more.  Keep in mind E85 takes about 30% more fuel to run, so it will guzzle fuel fast.  This tune runs an average of 18.5-19 PSI of boost. Waste gate rod adjustment (2 turns shorter) is needed for tune to work correctly. Why our tunes over the DynoJet tunes? This really depends on our tune level.  The great thing with our tunes is they are easily labeled, list boost numbers, and rough horsepower gains. They have been proven to make and hold power longer than the DynoJet tunes.  Not only this, but we test with clutching, exhaust, and other parts to ensure our tunes work well with all factors.  Lower level tunes (1-2) are actually much safer than a DynoJet \"max boost\" tune especially if running stock exhaust, yet deliver more power than their low boost tunes.  Safer tunes will hold power longer, and be much easier on your motor.  When your RZR de-tunes because boost is too high for the modifications or fuel, it can become slower than stock!  Our Level 3 tune has higher boost, and comes on harder. Our Level 4 and up tunes are adding in race fuel and will offer even more power than any DynoJet tune.  Since we have so much time on RZRs, we know the limits and can push the limiters further giving you higher speed limits, and many other things hidden in our maps. Everything is taken care of for you, ensuring you have the best tune(s) out there... that should be worth every penny! Please see helix options below: Torsion Anti-Chatter Kit : Upgrades to a complete secondary converted to a Torsion style spring and helix. The main benefit is better belt grip with the Torsion spring that gains rate as it shifts. Constant pressure against the helix buttons for less annoying secondary clutch chatter which also extends the life of the buttons. You'll also notice smoother engagement which is excellent for those crawling. Secondary bushing comes peened over to prevent walking out. The Torsion kit slightly limits top speed and should be used with the AA primary clutch limiter. 80-85 MPH top speed for most models. Performance Helix 1031\/Torsion 1026 (aggressive holeshot): For 2 seat XPT 28-32\" Tires \/ 28-32\" paddles. For 2 Seat Turbo S running 30-33\" Tires or Paddles.  This helix works excellent for the listed setups and has a more aggressive shift angle from 0-25mph over the 1024 performance helix.  This is best for holeshots and aggressive riders that are trail riding, dune riding racing, and drag racing.  This setup will still crawl good when needed, but if your riding is more slow speed\/crawling, we'd suggest the 1024 helix or 1032 Torsion helix. Performance Helix 1024: For 2 or 4 seat XPT 28-32\" Tires or paddles. For Turbo S 2 or 4 Seat with 30-33\" tires or 30-32\" paddles. The only difference over the 1031 performance helix is the shift angle from 0-25mph is slightly less aggressive. This makes it better for crawling and those slow speed situations, but it still pulls like crazy when needing to accelerate hard.  **Keep in mind if you have a 2018+ 4 seat model they are geared higher.  If your tires or paddles are 31-32\" and heavy, you may want to go with the high load clutch kit** High Load Helix 1021\/Torsion 1032: For 2 seat XPT 34-35\" Tires.  For 4 seat XPT 32-35\" tires \/ 32\" paddles. For 2 or 4 seat Turbo S running 34-35\" tires. If you are using very large\/heavy tires, the high load helix might be the choice for you.  The high load helix is recommended for those turning heavy 34-35\" tires.  This angle slows the shift down to help act like it's \"gearing down\" the secondary clutch.  This helps not over shift and cause belt slip.  **Keep in mind if you have a 2018+ 4 seat model they are geared higher. We disable many limiters, up the speed limit, rev limit, and make necessary fuel \u0026amp; timing changes. The 2017 factory tune runs a max of 114.5-15psi of boost, and we keep that in this tune, it's just easier to obtain \u0026amp; maintain that level. The Level 2 tune offers 16-16.5psi of boost and a 10-12rwhp gain.  This tune can be used with the stock or aftermarket exhaust.  Clutching is not needed, but is highly recommended with this tune, as just tuning the machine will not properly transfer the power to the ground. Clutching is another big horsepower gain.  91 Octane tune. The Level 3 tune is a game changer! Hitting hard at +20-25rwhp, this tune offers the highest boost possible(17-17.5psi max) on 91-93 octane fuel.  Due to the thicker head gasket and larger injectors on the 2017+ models, we are able to get away with his kind of power on pump fuel. These are absolutely huge power gains that will have you grinning from ear to ear.  This tune must be used with an aftermarket exhaust and requires clutching.  91 non ethanol\/non oxygenated fuel, or 93 octane is required. If fuel in your area is poor, we'd suggest using a half can of VP Madditive or Boostane to help fuel quality.  1\/2 gallon of 110 or better race fuel would also work to boost octane levels.  Waste gate rod adjustment (2 turns shorter) is needed for tune to work correctly.  Billet BOV is also highly recommended. Level 4: This tune is designed for 98-100 octane (will run on UTV 96, or most fuels up to 110 octane) and was developed using one can of VP Octanium to a tank of fuel.  Mixing other race fuel with the tune to get 100 octane output would work great, just keep in mind leaded fuels can take out o2 sensors when running leaded fuel consistently. From extensive testing, we know that this is the limit of the factory turbo before it becomes inefficient and simply starts blowing too much hot air. We correct many maps for this octane rating, assuring the most possible power.  This tune pack a huge punch with just a small amount more octane.  Exhaust and clutching are needed with this tune. Waste gate rod adjustment (2 turns shorter) is needed for tune to work correctly. Billet BOV is also recommended. Level 5: get ready to drop the hammer!  If you don't like to lose races, this tune is your friend.... and If you're friends don't like to lose either... they might not be your friends for long.  This tune is developed for 110 octane fuel (unleaded is recommended if you are keeping you plan on running your o2 sensor) and really hits hard.  This tune runs around 18.5-19 max psi.  This is where we found the turbo to max out for the most part, so we went to our timing tables and did some work.  Adding a revised timing curve with these boost pressures is a recipe for absolutely stupid power that hits harder than you can imagine.  Exhaust and clutching are needed with this tune. Waste gate rod adjustment (2 turns shorter) is needed for tune to work correctly. Billet BOV is also recommended. Level 6:  Have E85 local to you?  Time to fill up and start turning heads!  This tune is developed on the stock injectors and stock fuel pump for E85 fuel... thats right, just gas up and hammer down.  E85 is a great race fuel replacement as it runs very cool and can sustain high boost and advanced timing maps..... which equal awesome power!  We crank out all our level 5 tune has and even a little more.  Keep in mind E85 takes about 30% more fuel to run, so it will guzzle fuel fast.  This tune runs an average of 18.5-19 PSI of boost. Waste gate rod adjustment (2 turns shorter) is needed for tune to work correctly. This really depends on our tune level.  The great thing with our tunes is they are easily labeled, list boost numbers, and rough horsepower gains. They have been proven to make and hold power longer than the DynoJet tunes.  Not only this, but we test with clutching, exhaust, and other parts to ensure our tunes work well with all factors.  Lower level tunes (1-2) are actually much safer than a DynoJet \"max boost\" tune especially if running stock exhaust, yet deliver more power than their low boost tunes.  Safer tunes will hold power longer, and be much easier on your motor.  When your RZR de-tunes because boost is too high for the modifications or fuel, it can become slower than stock!  Our Level 3 tune has higher boost, and comes on harder. Our Level 4 and up tunes are adding in race fuel and will offer even more power than any DynoJet tune.  Since we have so much time on RZRs, we know the limits and can push the limiters further giving you higher speed limits, and many other things hidden in our maps. Everything is taken care of for you, ensuring you have the best tune(s) out there... that should be worth every penny! Please see the helix options below: Torsion Anti-Chatter Kit : Upgrades to a complete secondary converted to a Torsion style spring and helix. The main benefit is better belt grip with the Torsion spring that gains rate as it shifts. Constant pressure against the helix buttons for less annoying secondary clutch chatter which also extends the life of the buttons. You'll also notice smoother engagement which is excellent for those crawling. Secondary bushing comes peened over to prevent walking out. The Torsion kit slightly limits top speed and should be used with the AA primary clutch limiter. 80-85 MPH top speed for most models. Performance Helix 1031\/Torsion 1026 (aggressive holeshot): For 2 seat XPT 28-32\" Tires \/ 28-32\" paddles. For 2 Seat Turbo S running 30-33\" Tires or Paddles.  This helix works excellent for the listed setups and has a more aggressive shift angle from 0-25mph over the 1024 performance helix.  This is best for holeshots and aggressive riders that are trail riding, dune riding racing, and drag racing.  This setup will still crawl good when needed, but if your riding is more slow speed\/crawling, we'd suggest the 1024 helix or 1032 Torsion helix. Performance Helix 1024: For 2 or 4 seat XPT 28-32\" Tires or paddles. For Turbo S 2 or 4 Seat with 30-33\" tires or 30-32\" paddles. The only difference over the 1031 performance helix is the shift angle from 0-25mph is slightly less aggressive. This makes it better for crawling and those slow speed situations, but it still pulls like crazy when needing to accelerate hard.  **Keep in mind if you have a 2018+ 4 seat model they are geared higher.  If your tires or paddles are 31-32\" and heavy, you may want to go with the high load clutch kit** High Load Helix 1021\/Torsion 1032: For 2 seat XPT 34-35\" Tires.  For 4 seat XPT 32-35\" tires \/ 32\" paddles. For 2 or 4 seat Turbo S running 34-35\" tires. If you are using very large\/heavy tires, the high load helix might be the choice for you.  The high load helix is recommended for those turning heavy 34-35\" tires.  This angle slows the shift down to help act like it's \"gearing down\" the secondary clutch.  This helps not over shift and cause belt slip.  **Keep in mind if you have a 2018+ 4 seat model they are geared higher. We found the same thing!  A work vehicle that is built to go from idle to engagement many times over it's life should not jump and jerk at the start.  Many will tell you that different clutches or clutch kits are the answer(in which they will work also).  We are here to tell you one small spring can fix your issue.  Located in Western Wisconsin, we have many Rangers around because they are so versatile.   Our local Ranger owners have been installing this spring for quite some time now and all have been extremely happy with the results. No other clutching is normally needed Smooth engagement right off idle Easy installation.  Remove your grease zerk on your a-arm if yours has one.  Remove your clutch cover bolts (most are 8mm) then remove the clutch cover.  The front clutch is the primary clutch which is where we will change the spring.  First remove the primary clutch bolt (large on in the center).  This is a 13\/16 socket.  Normally we use an impact wrench, but you can use a breaker bar with a large pry bar going through the clutch towers to hold it.   Next remove the 6 small 3\/8\" bolts holding the spring in place on the primary.  Release them evenly so you do not damage the bushing and use some caution as you will have a small amount of spring pressure.  Remove the factory spring and install our smooth engagement spring.  Align the X on the spring cover with the X on the clutch.  Install the 6 spring cover bolts, your primary clutch bolt (to 70-75ft-lbs), then install the clutch cover and grease zerk if you removed it. We disable many limiters, up the speed limit, rev limit, and make necessary fuel \u0026amp; timing changes. The factory tune runs a max of 14.5-15 PSI of boost, and we keep that in this tune, it's just easier to obtain \u0026amp; maintain that level. Level 2 : This tune offers 16-16.5 PSI of boost and a 10-12 RWHP gain.  This tune can be used with the stock or aftermarket exhaust.  Clutching is not needed, but is highly recommended with this tune, as just tuning the machine will not properly transfer the power to the ground. Clutching is another big horsepower gain.  91 Octane tune. Level 3 : This tune is a game changer! Hitting hard at +20-25 RWHP, this tune offers the highest boost possible (17-17.5 PSI max) on 91-93 octane fuel.  Due to the thicker head gasket and larger injectors on the 2017+ models, we are able to get away with his kind of power on pump fuel. These are absolutely huge power gains that will have you grinning from ear to ear.  This tune must be used with an aftermarket exhaust and requires clutching.  91 non ethanol\/non oxygenated fuel, or 93 octane is required. If fuel in your area is poor, we'd suggest using a half can of VP Madditive or Boostane to help fuel quality.  1\/2 gallon of 110 or better race fuel would also work to boost octane levels.  Waste gate rod adjustment (2 turns shorter) is needed for tune to work correctly.  Billet BOV is also highly recommended. Level 4 : This tune is designed for 98-100 octane (will run on UTV 96, or most fuels up to 110 octane) and was developed using one can of VP Octanium to a tank of fuel.  Mixing other race fuel with the tune to get 100 octane output would work great, just keep in mind leaded fuels can take out o2 sensors when running leaded fuel consistently. From extensive testing, we know that this is the limit of the factory turbo before it becomes inefficient and simply starts blowing too much hot air. We correct many maps for this octane rating, assuring the most possible power.  This tune pack a huge punch with just a small amount more octane.  Exhaust and clutching are needed with this tune. Waste gate rod adjustment (2 turns shorter) is needed for tune to work correctly. Billet BOV is also recommended. Level 5 : Get ready to drop the hammer!  If you don't like to lose races, this tune is your friend.... and If you're friends don't like to lose either... they might not be your friends for long.  This tune is developed for 110 octane fuel (unleaded is recommended if you plan on keeping your O2 sensor) and really hits hard.  This tune runs around 18.5-19 max PSI.  This is where we found the turbo to max out for the most part, so we went to our timing tables and did some work.  Adding a revised timing curve with these boost pressures is a recipe for absolutely stupid power that hits harder than you can imagine.  Exhaust and clutching are needed with this tune. Waste gate rod adjustment (2 turns shorter) is needed for tune to work correctly. Billet BOV is also recommended. Level 6 :  Have E-85 fuel local to you?  Time to fill up and start turning heads!  This tune is developed on the stock injectors and stock fuel pump for E-85 fuel... that's right, just gas up and hammer down.  E-85 is a great race fuel replacement as it runs very cool and can sustain high boost and advanced timing maps..... which equal awesome power!  We crank out all our Level 5 tune has and even a little more.  Keep in mind E-85 takes about 30% more fuel to run, so it will guzzle fuel fast.  This tune runs an average of 18.5-19 PSI of boost. This really depends on our tune level.  The great thing with our tunes is they are easily labeled, list boost numbers, and rough horsepower gains. They have been proven to make and hold power longer than the DynoJet tunes.  Not only this, but we test with clutching, exhaust, and other parts to ensure our tunes work well with all factors.  Lower level tunes (1-2) are actually much safer than a DynoJet \"max boost\" tune especially if running stock exhaust, yet deliver more power than their low boost tunes.  Safer tunes will hold power longer, and be much easier on your motor.  When your RZR de-tunes because boost is too high for the modifications or fuel, it can become slower than stock!  Our Level 3 tune has higher boost, and comes on harder. Our Level 4 and higher tunes are adding in race fuel and will offer even more power than any DynoJet tune.  Since we have so much time on RZRs, we know the limits and can push the limiters further giving you higher speed limits, and many other things hidden in our maps. Please see helix options below: Torsion Anti-Chatter Kit : Upgrades to a complete secondary converted to a Torsion style spring and helix. The main benefit is better belt grip with the Torsion spring that gains rate as it shifts. Constant pressure against the helix buttons for less annoying secondary clutch chatter which also extends the life of the buttons. You'll also notice smoother engagement which is excellent for those crawling. Secondary bushing comes peened over to prevent walking out. The Torsion kit slightly limits top speed and should be used with the AA primary clutch limiter. 80-85 MPH top speed for most models. Performance Helix 1031\/Torsion 1026 (aggressive holeshot): For 2 seat XPT 28-32\" Tires \/ 28-32\" paddles. For 2 Seat Turbo S running 30-33\" Tires or Paddles.  This helix works excellent for the listed setups and has a more aggressive shift angle from 0-25 MPH over the 1024 performance helix.  This is best for holeshots and aggressive riders that are trail riding, dune riding racing, and drag racing.  This setup will still crawl good when needed, but if your riding style is more slow speed\/crawling, we'd suggest the 1024 helix or 1032 Torsion helix. Performance Helix 1024: For 2 or 4 seat XPT 28-32\" Tires or paddles. For Turbo S 2 or 4 Seat with 30-33\" tires or 30-32\" paddles. The only difference over the 1031 performance helix is the shift angle from 0-25 MPH is slightly less aggressive. This makes it better for crawling and those slow speed situations, but it still pulls like crazy when needing to accelerate hard.  **Keep in mind if you have a 2018+ 4-seat model they are geared higher.  If your tires or paddles are 31-32\" and heavy, you may want to go with the high load clutch kit** High Load Helix 1021\/Torsion 1032: For 2 seat XPT 34-35\" Tires.  For 4 seat XPT 32-35\" tires \/ 32\" paddles. For 2 or 4 seat Turbo S running 34-35\" tires. If you are using very large\/heavy tires, the high load helix might be the choice for you.  The high load helix is recommended for those turning heavy 34-35\" tires.  This angle slows the shift down to help act like it's \"gearing down\" the secondary clutch. While our weights are adjustable to compensate for nearly any condition, swapping a primary spring to gain RPM lost in the dunes is much simpler. Some may want our TEAL PRIMARY SPRING which increases peak RPM by 200-300, which is what is normally lost with paddle tires\/sand.    This teal spring normally engages around 2100-2300 RPM which is slightly higher than our standard spring, but not crazy high or uncontrollable. This is a great tune to have loaded on the tuner for such event that you get bad fuel.. it still rips, but won't push things as much. This tune absolutely tears on 16 PSI, and just keeps pulling all day long.  It works well with a 100% factory machine or with a slip-on exhaust, cat delete, full exhaust, and\/or an intake kit.  Your wastegate should be turned in 3 turns (shorter) with this tune with a crack pressure of 6-7 PSI. Our Level 2 tune is again designed for 91-93 octane and is a good mid level tune that will require at least a cat delete.  We would however recommend a full exhaust for best horsepower gains and sustained power.  This tune will run around 16-17 PSI boost on average and gains 20 hp to the wheels.  We also HIGHLY recommend our high flow intake kit for best power gains. Our clutch weights are also highly recommended. Your wastegate should be turned in 3 turns (shorter) with this tune with a crack pressure of 6-7 PSI. Our Level 3 tune puts the hammer down on some good 91-93 octane.  We would recommend non ethanol 91, or any 93 octane.  If you can't get one of those, you can mix a half gallon of race fuel, or a half can of VP Octanium.  This tune simply rips on pump gas, coming in at nearly 163 RWHP on our dyno!  It will normally run around 17-17.5 PSI of boost.  This is a big 23-25 RWHP gain over factory.  This tune requires a full exhaust system and our high flow intake kit.  Clutching is highly recommended.  Your wastegate should be turned in 3 turns (shorter) with this tune with a crack pressure of 6-7 PSI. Level 4 adds a bit of race fuel to the mix!  This tune is designed for 95-100 octane fuel.  If you have 95 octane fuel where you live, great.  If not, you can mix in some race fuel 50\/50 and easily run this tune.  We'd recommend VP MS109 or similar fuel as it's unleaded and will be easier on your O2 sensor, but 110 leaded will work great.  Any fuel 109-110 octane or higher will be sufficient.  This tune runs around 18-18.5 PSI and produce 175 RWHP and is extremely fast. Your wastegate should be turned in 4-5 turns (shorter) with this tune with a crack pressure of 8-9 PSI. Level 4AV is the Level 4 tune (same specs) but designed to run 100 LL AV gas found at your local airport.  This fuel has a different specific gravity with the oxygenation and other characteristics.  Running a tune not meant for this fuel can make it act lean and therefor will not get the full power and potential from the fuel.  This tune modifies fuel tables to be able to run 100 LL AV gas and reap all the benefits. This tune runs around 18-18.5 PSI and produce 175 RWHP and is extremely fast.  Your wastegate should be turned in 4-5 turns (shorter) with this tune with a crack pressure of 8-9 PSI. Level 5 Kill mode is here!  This tune is developed for 110 Leaded, or MS109 fuel (or better).  This tune is an absolute riot and will leave others in the dust.  We throw down a huge 185-190 RWHP with this tune at 19-20 PSI of boost, with a wicked timing curve for the big octane fuel.  This one will throw you back in the seat as soon as you get on the throttle, and keep pulling for days!  Hands down, this is the highest horsepower tune possible on the factory turbo\/waste gate \u0026amp; factory injectors. Though we test mostly in the real world to get the best results, we did see a 7-10 RWHP increase from 20 MPH to 40 MPH on the wheel dyno with just the clutch kit.  This kit also includes our high flow exhaust to get rid of the catalytic converter and restrictive stock muffler.  This allows heat to escape much quicker, and allows us to tune more aggressively.  Our exhaust features an EXCELLENT sound that is fully adjustable with our quiet core that blocks off one outlet.  The diverter valve is an o-ringless tip design and is needed when increasing boost pressure to prevent factory valve failure.  It also comes with a plug so you can have that classic blow off CHHHH sound when you want it.  Our high flow intake and charge tube help to lower intake temps going into your motor which is HUGE when going with our Level 3 or higher tunes. Massive horsepower gains bundled into a simple package Quicker throttle response and power delivery For Level 4 and above we highly recommend the AA Pre-Airbox Intake Tube as the OEM tube is known to collapse at higher boost levels. For level 5 and 6 you MUST tighten your head bolts to 85ft-lbs (requires cam removal).  This is also suggested for level 4. Stock like drivability! On our dyno we saw 204 RWHP @ 27 PSI on 110 octane with some serious top end pull.  Other customers on car wheel dynos have reported 215-220 RWHP.  That's a calculated 255-260+ crank horsepower!  Gain another 10-15 RWHP on pump gas tunes over the factory turbo (19-20 PSI on 2017+ models, 18-19 PSI on 2016 models) Big gains in low end performance and crazy high end gains on longer pulls (this mod does not fade off anywhere near as much as the factory setup) Lower EGT (Exhaust temps) due to higher exhaust flow and water cooling.  This results in much cooler air intake temps as well. More efficient turbo all around which is easier on the turbo and motor even if you just want pump gas tuning (especially nice riding higher altitudes!) Uses factory mounting points, and easily plugs into oil cooler lines in minutes Includes head to turbo gasket, and you will re-use your gasket for the exhaust outlet as it's metal All level tunes feature: Throttle by wire limiters disabled, Fan on\/off temp lowered to 185 degrees Fahrenheit, Seatbelt limiter disabled, Speed limiter removed in low and high gears, Rev limit at a safe 9200 RPM, more throttle in low gear, better throttle response, and much more! ECU Type\/O2 Color drop down choice:  2017-18 models ALL have the standard black lead.  In 2019+ models blue O2 leads are wideband models and we must know this.  These models are a different ECU type and will NOT do an ECU read (we supply your stock file). We would recommend going with 2 or more tunes so you can switch to a lower octane tune if you run into poor quality fuel. The Level 2 turbo upgrade tune is a very safe 16-17 PSI 91 octane tune, good to run on any 91 oxy\/ethanol.  This tune produces 155-160 RWHP peak (calculated 195 crank HP), but will pull much harder and keep that horsepower maintained much better than the stock turbo. The Level 3 turbo upgrade tune offers 18-20 PSI and is also meant to run on 91-93 octane fuel.  This produces 175 RWHP (calculated 220 crank HP) and comes on unbelievably strong, and keeps pulling.  Those with 91 non ethanol, or 93 even with ethanol will be fine on straight gas.  Those with oxygenated  91 might want to think about adding splash of race fuel or VP Octanium\/boostane fuel additive. The Level 4 turbo upgrade tune is for 98-100 octane fuel. This will produce 185-187 RWHP (calculated 240 crank HP) at 22-23 PSI and hauls the mail!  Most will mix race fuel with pump fuel to get the 100 octane which is what we recommend.  A can of Octanium\/boostane to your tank will also work with this tune. The Level 5 turbo upgrade tune is for 110 octane fuel and simply drops the hammer!  You'll have everyone wondering what is done to your RZR with this bad ass tune.  A huge 25-26 PSI of boost that comes on HARD.  This tune produces 200-205+ RWHP (calculated 250-260 crank horsepower) on our dyno, and has shown 215-220 on customer dynos. We normally run this tune on 110 leaded fuel.  Leaded fuel is harder on O2 sensors but we have not had much of an issue.  We would suggest picking up another O2 sensor, or an O2 blockoff to keep around. The Level 6 E-85 turbo upgrade tune is simply unbelievable. Very similar to the 110 tune power, but runs on cheap corn (E85) fuel! This can also be ran on VP or other E85 fuels.  This fuel makes the motor run cooler and it absolutely loves it.  If using pump E-85, make sure you are between 70-85% ethanol for this tune.  25-26 PSI with a wicked timing curve that produces the same 200-205 RWHP. This tune requires our 1200cc injectors and our high flow fuel pump.  The injectors are included in the price of the Level 6 tune. Selecting Level 6 will result in all tunes being built to run 1200cc injectors. You MUST run the 1200cc injectors with all tunes if selecting this option. Stage 4 Kit includes all supported mods needed to run Level 2 \u0026amp; 3: Power levels are shown with the AA exhaust with no quiet core installed. You'll also notice smoother engagement which is excellent for those crawling. Secondary bushing comes peened over to prevent walking out. The Torsion kit slightly limits top speed and should be used with the AA primary clutch limiter. 80-85 MPH top speed for most models. Performance Helix 1031\/Torsion 1026 (aggressive holeshot): For 2 seat XPT 28-32\" Tires \/ 28-32\" paddles. For 2 Seat Turbo S running 30-33\" Tires or Paddles.  This helix works excellent for the listed setups and has a more aggressive shift angle from 0-25 MPH over the 1024 performance helix.  This is best for holeshots and aggressive riders that are trail riding, dune riding racing, and drag racing.  This setup will still crawl good when needed, but if your riding is more slow speed\/crawling, we'd suggest the 1024 helix or 1032 Torsion helix. Performance Helix 1024: For 2 or 4 seat XPT 28-32\" Tires or paddles. For Turbo S 2 or 4 Seat with 30-33\" tires or 30-32\" paddles. The only difference over the 1031 performance helix is the shift angle from 0-25 MPH is slightly less aggressive. This makes it better for crawling and those slow speed situations, but it still pulls like crazy when needing to accelerate hard.  **Keep in mind if you have a 2018+ 4 seat model they are geared higher.  If your tires or paddles are 31-32\" and heavy, you may want to go with the high load clutch kit** High Load Helix 1021\/Torsion 1032: For 2 seat XPT 34-35\" Tires.  For 4 seat XPT 32-35\" tires \/ 32\" paddles. For 2 or 4 seat Turbo S running 34-35\" tires. If you are using very large\/heavy tires, the high load helix might be the choice for you.  The high load helix is recommended for those turning heavy 34-35\" tires.  This angle slows the shift down to help act like it's \"gearing down\" the secondary clutch. The main benefit is better belt grip with the Torsion spring that gains rate as it shifts. Constant pressure against the helix buttons for less annoying secondary clutch chatter which also extends the life of the buttons. You'll also notice smoother engagement which is excellent for those crawling. Secondary bushing comes peened over to prevent walking out. The Torsion kit slightly limits top speed and should be used with the AA primary clutch limiter. 80-85 MPH top speed for most models. The Performance Helix 1031\/Torsion 1026 is what 90% of users will want.  It offers great power transfer to the wheels that will take off and keep pulling hard. Use this with tires 27\" to 32\" and you will adjust with the weights to make up for different tire sizes. The High Load Helix 1021\/Torsion 1032 is for those using very large tires. The High Load helix is recommended for those turning 34\" tires or 31-32\" paddles. The High Load helix can be used with any tire size 29\" and greater if you are just after belt life and performance is not your priority. The Performance angle can still be used with the larger tires and paddles if all out performance is what you are after, just keep in mind belt life will be less than with our High Load setup.
